El objetivo de este TFG es ofrecer una herramienta Excel que posibilite
la obtención de una solución válida para un problema de estandarización de
operaciones rápidamente. Dichos problemas consisten en la asignación de un
conjunto de operaciones a la menor cantidad de operarios posible. A pesar de
la simplicidad del concepto, estos problemas pueden tornarse bastante
complejos, dado el volumen de operaciones u otros factores.
Con el fin de desarrollar la herramienta, se comenzará con el marco teórico. Se
estudiará el origen del sistema de producción de Toyota y la definición de la
metodología Lean, centrándose en aquellos elementos de mayor relación con
la estandarización.
Finalmente se desarrollará el marco práctico, iniciándose con la formulación
del modelo matemático que posibilita la resolución de estos problemas junto
su adaptación a Excel. Por último, se explicará la totalidad del código
acompañado de un ejemplo de resolución con la herramienta.
The aim of this TFG is to offer an Excel tool that would quickly obtain a
valid solution for a standardized operations problem. These problems consist
of assigning a set of operations to the least number of operators. Despite the
simplicity of the concept, these issues can become quite complex given trading
volume or other factors.
To develop the tool, the standardized operations theoretical framework will be
exposed. Introducing this section with the origin of the TPS and the definition of
the Lean methodology, focusing on those elements that are more related to
standardization.
Finally, the practical framework will be developed, beginning with the
formulation of the mathematical model that allows the resolution of these
problems together with its adaptation to Excel. Lastly, all the code will be
explained along with an example of resolution using the tool.
