La evolución del ser humano y los cambios que han
desarrollado las diferentes civilizaciones a lo largo
de la historia, además de habernos conducido a la
actualidad, se han materializado en una huella
patrimonial que nos ayuda a conocer la identidad
de las diferentes culturas.
Así, encontramos el barrio de bodegas de “La
Horca” en Fuensaldaña, como un lugar fruto de esta
evolución, donde se identifica la cultura vinatera y
arquitectónica de la región, en sus bodegas y los
diferentes elementos que componen el paisaje
arquitectónico.
No obstante, los cambios provocados por el mismo
desarrollo que un día hizo erigir las construcciones
tradicionales, también han causado su pérdida,
siendo sustituidas por nuevas edificaciones realiza das con métodos más modernos de construir; así
como también los procesos de elaborar vino han
sido relegados por otros más actuales.
Así que, finalmente, como fruto del análisis crítico
de los diferentes cambios que se han dado en las
bodegas y de un intento de revalorizar la arquitec tura tradicional a través del estudio de la arquitec tura y cultura del vino, y una aproximación a la
historia de Fuensaldaña, ha nacido este trabajo que
tiene su centro de atención en el paisaje arquitec tónico del barrio de bodegas de "La Horca"
The evolution of the human being and the changes
that the different civilisations have developed
throughout history, as well as having led us to the
present day, also it has materialised in a heritage
trace that helps us to know the identity of the diffe rent cultures.
We find the cellar area of "La Horca" in Fuensal daña, as a result of this evolution, where the wine
and architectural culture of the region can be iden tified in its wineries and the different elements that
make up the architectural landscape.
However, the changes caused by the same develo pment that once made the traditional constructions
erected, have also caused their loss, being replaced
by new buildings made with more modern methods
of construction, as well as the processes of
winemaking have been relegated by more modern
ones.
So, finally, as a result of the critical analysis of the
different changes that have taken place in the wi neries, and an attempt to revalue traditional archi tecture through the study of the architecture and
culture of wine and an approach to the history of
Fuensaldaña, this work has been born, which has its
focus on the architectural landscape of the winery
area of "La Horca"
