Análisis de la realidad de la figura del voluntariado

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo principal reestructurar la
imagen del voluntariado en España y examinar las condiciones tanto de las personas
voluntarias como de las beneficiarias de los servicios voluntarios. Además, se busca
proporcionar una visión paralela a la convencional, considerando la precariedad en la
que a menudo actúan las personas voluntarias y planteando el estudio del voluntariado
como una actividad comprometida que genera un impacto positivo. Se explorará
también la relación existente entre filosofía y voluntariado, argumentando que ambos
buscan comprender el sentido de la vida. A través de la perspectiva de la Educación
Social, se intentarán proporcionar herramientas para formar individuos capaces de
enfrentar los desafíos inherentes a la actividad voluntaria, con el propósito de promover
una imagen más sólida y efectiva de esta práctica.
This dissertation´s main objective is to restructure the image of volunteer work in Spain
and to examine the conditions of both the volunteer and the beneficiaries of the
volunteering services. Furthermore, it looks to provide a parallel vision to the
conventional one, considering the precariousness in which the volunteers often act on,
posing the study of volunteering as a compromised activity that generates a positive
impact. The relationship between philosophy and the act of volunteering will also be
examined, arguing that they both look to comprehend the meaning of life. Though the
lens of Social Education, the aim is to provide tool to shape individuals who are able to
tackle the inherent challenges of voluntary work, with the purpose of promoting a more
solid and effective image of this practice.
