Formación socioemocional de los docentes de secundaria

El objetivo del presente trabajo es ayudar a los profesores de secundaria a mejorar y a
desarrollar las habilidades socioemocionales necesarias para enfrentar de manera efectiva
una variedad de problemas relacionados con el trabajo en un entorno educativo mediante
el uso de métodos de aprendizaje activo, didácticos y respaldados científicamente. Para
ello, se realizará una evaluación piloto desde el departamento de orientación del IES para
evaluar las competencias socio emocionales de los docentes del IES, mediante el
Cuestionario de Desarrollo Emocional (QDE-GROP-A35), el UWES y el Cuestionario
de clima del aula. Posteriormente se impartirá desde el departamento de orientación del
IES un programa de intervención en formación de competencias socioemocionales de 17
sesiones.
The objective of this paper is to help secondary school teachers to improve and develop
the social-emotional skills necessary to effectively deal with a variety of work-related
problems in an educational setting through the use of scientifically supported, didactic,
and active learning methods. For this, a pilot evaluation will be carried out from the IES
guidance department to assess the socio-emotional competencies of IES teachers, through
the Emotional Development Questionnaire (QDE-GROP-A35), the UWES and the
Classroom Climate Questionnaire. Subsequently, a 17-session training intervention
program for socio-emotional skills will be taught from the IES guidance department.
