Se tratan los aspectos fundamentales de este formalismo, cubriendo conceptos clave como la acción de Einstein-Hilbert, el tensor energía momento, el término de frontera de Gibbons-Hawking-York y las condiciones de contorno involucradas. Además, se examina la formulación de Utiyama en términos de las tétradas, destacando tanto las similitudes como las diferencias con la teoría de Yang-Mills.</dim:field>

We delve into the fundamental aspects of this formalism, covering key concepts such as the Einstein-Hilbert action, the energy-momentum tensor, the Gibbons-Hawking-York boundary term, and the boundary conditions involved. Additionally, the Utiyama formulation in terms of the vierbein is examined, highlighting both the similarities and differences compared to Yang-Mills theory.</dim:field>
