Facultad de Comercio La Feria de Teatro de Castilla y León – Ciudad Rodrigo es uno de los eventos más valorados de la comunidad de Castilla y León (España). Se trata de un híbrido entre feria y festival organizado y liderado por la Asociación Cultural CÍVITAS Animación Teatral e impulsado por la Junta de Castilla y León. El objetivo de este trabajo es investigar qué factores afectan a la sostenibilidad social y económica-financiera de la Feria, así como tratar de dar soluciones a los problemas del exceso de dependencia en subvenciones, a los límites de crecimiento, y a la enfermedad de los costes. El empeorar, mantenerse o mejorar, dependerá de la estrategia futura que se tome en la gestión. La investigación se ha realizado de forma cualitativa a través de conversaciones mantenidas con la dirección de la Feria, así como una investigación cuantitativa analizando fuentes primarias y secundarias. Para sintetizar las soluciones se ha creado un plan de mejora que incluye acciones en cuatro áreas: marketing estratégico, comunicación y promoción, sostenibilidad económica-financiera y sostenibilidad social. Feria de Teatro de Castilla y León – Ciudad Rodrigo is one of the most valued events in the community of Castilla y León (Spain).
