No obstante, en los últimos años se ha observado un notable incremento en la participación de mujeres en diversas disciplinas del motorsport. Además de las pilotos, hay mujeres que desempeñan roles fundamentales en el motorsport en otras áreas clave; como ingeniería, mecánica, dirección, periodismo, relaciones públicas y más. Estas mujeres desempeñan un papel crucial en el desarrollo y el éxito de los equipos y competiciones, aportando su experiencia y conocimientos en áreas técnicas y estratégicas. Aunque se han logrado avances, todavía existen desafíos para las mujeres en el deporte de motor. La falta de oportunidades y apoyo financiero, la desigualdad en el acceso a recursos y patrocinios, y los estereotipos arraigados son algunos de los obstáculos que continúan enfrentando. El objetivo de este proyecto es intentar proporcionar a las mujeres que trabajan en este sector la visibilidad y reconocimiento que se merecen. Esto se hará a través de una página web donde cualquier usuario podrá hacer un recorrido por la historia del deporte de motor, acceder a entrevistas en exclusiva con mujeres que están presentes en el paddock, conocer a las jóvenes promesas, conocer a las referentes actuales e información actualidad constante sobre lo que ocurra en las diferentes categorías del motorsport. For decades, women have been present in motorsport competitions, although their participation has been relatively limited compared to men. However, recent years have seen a marked increase in the participation of women in various motorsport disciplines. In addition to female drivers, women play key roles in motorsport in other key areas such as engineering, mechanics, management, journalism, public relations and more. These women play a crucial role in the development and success of teams and competitions, contributing their experience and expertise in technical and strategic areas. Although progress has been made, there are still challenges for women in motorsport. Lack of opportunities and financial support, unequal access to resources and sponsorship, and entrenched stereotypes are some of the obstacles they continue to face. The aim of this project is to try to give women working in this sector the visibility and recognition they deserve.
