En el presente trabajo se busca llevar a cabo una aproximación ética y
jurídica de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la actualidad. Y para ello se examina en
primer lugar los conceptos básicos de la (IA) en el sector jurídico, distinguiendo
diferentes aspectos relacionados con su definición y tipos, seguido de un análisis
del marco regulatorio donde se estudia a nivel internacional, europeo y nacional,
destacando recomendaciones éticas y directrices. Finalmente se abordan los
principales principios éticos que rigen la IA profundizando en la equidad,
diversidad, responsabilidad y privacidad.
This paper seeks to carry out an ethical and legal approach to artificial
intelligence (AI) today. To this purpose, we analyze the key concepts of AI in the
legal sector, distinguishing different aspects related to its definition and types,
followed by a study of the regulatory framework where we examine it at
international, European and national levels, highlighting ethical recommendations
and guidelines. Finally, the main ethical principles governing AI are addressed,
delving into equity, diversity, responsibility and privacy.
