Facultad de Derecho Históricamente los flujos migratorios, y los desplazamientos de personas han sido parte importante de la historia de la humanidad. Sin embargo, no es hasta la Segunda Guerra Mundial, cuando los países empiezan a ser conscientes de los retos que plantea recibir migrantes, refugiados en masa y otros grupos de personas desplazadas. Por ello, se establece la necesidad de crear un conjunto de normas y textos legales en donde regular estas situaciones que recogen, la protección y los derechos de los que pueden disfrutar los migrantes debido a su desplazamiento. Historically, migration flows, and displacement of people, have been an important issue in the history of humanity. However, it won´t be until the Second World War, when nations realise about the challenges that are posed by receiving migrants, refugees in mass and other groups of displaced people.
