La custodia compartida en supuestos de crisis matrimoniales

A lo largo de este Trabajo de Fin de Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía trataremos de
analizar y definir el régimen de custodia del menor tras las crisis matrimoniales, y más en
concreto el régimen de custodia compartida.
Trataremos los distintos tipos de guarda y custodia, los presupuestos legales y los
criterios para la adopción del régimen de guarda y custodia compartida, y de qué manera se
pueden delimitar cuestiones que adquieren tanta relevancia en estos supuestos como la
pensión de alimentos, el establecimiento de un régimen de comunicación y visitas entre
progenitores y el menor o qué ocurre con la vivienda familiar.
Por último, estudiaremos cuáles son las conclusiones que emanan del supuesto de
hecho planteado empleando la información expuesta.
Throughout this Master's Thesis we will try to analyze and define the child custody
regime after the marital crisis, and more specifically the shared custody regime.
We will discuss the different types of guardianship and custody, the legal assumptions
and criteria for the adoption of the shared custody regime, and how to delimit issues that
acquire so much relevance in these cases such as alimony, the establishment of a regime of
communication and visits between parents and the child or what happens with the family
home.
Finally, we will study which are the conclusions that emanate from the factual
assumption raised using the exposed information.
