Autores: Eusebio Alonso García y Ángel Iglesias Velasco http://www.premioconstruccionsostenible.es/iiedicion.php RESUMEN: Conjunto de 3 bloques de viviendas destinadas a jóvenes que utilizan materiales con gran inercia térmica para reducir demanda de climatización. Se han evitado los patios de luces interiores, potenciando el soleamiento directo, asimismo, se han dispuesto terrazas y celosías en la mediación interior y exterior, favoreciendo el comportamiento bioclimático con la adopción de sistemas pasivos. En la cubierta se colocarán captadores solares térmicos para la producción de agua caliente sanitaria con acumulación compartida.
II Award Sustainable Building Castilla y León 2007-08. 50 Social Housing in Palencia, Spain. Set of 3 blocks of social housing for young people which use materials with great thermal inertia to reduce demand for air conditioning. The interior patios have been avoided, enhancing the direct sunlight, likewise, terraces and lattices have been arranged in the interior and exterior mediation, supporting the bioclimatic behaviour with the adoption of passive systems. Solar thermal collectors will be placed on the roof for the production of domestic hot water with shared accumulation.
