Este TFM se propone destacar iniciativas y
prácticas efectivas que han demostrado ser
exitosas en inspirar y respaldar a las adolescentes
interesadas en STEM. Al abordar estas cuestiones
de manera integral, se espera contribuir a la
creación de estrategias y políticas que fomenten
un ambiente inclusivo, estimulante y equitativo para
las jóvenes que buscan forjar su camino en el
apasionante mundo de la ciencia y la tecnología.
En última instancia, este trabajo aspira a ser una
contribución significativa en el esfuerzo continuo
por cerrar la brecha de género en STEM y
promover la diversidad y la excelencia en estos
campos cruciales para el progreso de la sociedad
The research also aims to highlight effective
initiatives and practices that have proven successful
in inspiring and supporting teenage girls interested
in STEM. By addressing these issues in an integrated
manner, it is hoped to contribute to the creation of
strategies and policies that promote an inclusive,
stimulating, and equitable environment for young
women seeking to forge their path in the exciting
world of science and technology. Ultimately, this
work aspires to be a significant contribution to the
ongoing effort to close the gender gap in STEM and
promote diversity and excellence in these crucial
fields for the progress of society
