Este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal analizar la relación de las Cortes de
Castilla y León con los ciudadanos a través de los medios de comunicación y las
redes sociales. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se ha seguido una
metodología mixta que consta de un enfoque cualitativo con una entrevista en
profundidad con el jefe de la Sección de Comunicación Institucional, de la Secretaría
General de las Cortes de Castilla y León. Esto proporcionará una comprensión más
rica y matizada de los procesos comunicativos. Por otro lado, un enfoque
cuantitativo basado en las redes sociales de la propia institución para así identificar
patrones y correlaciones que proporcionen una visión sobre la relación entre las
Cortes de Castilla y León, la recepción y el impacto de sus esfuerzos comunicativos.
Los resultados muestran cómo las Cortes de Castilla y León proporcionan la
información exclusivamente informativa, por lo que recibe muy poco feedback por
parte de los ciudadanos.
This work aims to analyze the relationship between the Cortes of Castilla y León and
the citizens through the media and social networks. A mixed methodology has been
followed for this research, consisting of a qualitative approach with an in-depth
interview with the Head of the Institutional Communication Section of the General
Secretariat of the Cortes of Castilla y León. This will provide a richer and more
nuanced understanding of the communication processes. On the other hand, a
quantitative approach based on the institution's social networks will identify patterns
and correlations to provide insight into the relationship between the Cortes of Castilla
y León, the reception, and the impact of their communication efforts.
The results show that the Cortes of Castilla y León provide information that is
exclusively informative, resulting in very little feedback from the citizens.
