El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado, aborda la posibilidad de realizar una intervención,
en el colectivo de menores en riesgo de exclusión, que viven en barrios marginales y a
sus familiares, que involucre un crecimiento en la gestión de sus emociones, mediante la
promoción de hábitos de vida saludables, el trato con animales, y la educación a sus
familias.
Tras una revisión documental de los aspectos que se abordan en este trabajo, una encuesta
realizada a los miembros más implicados en el día a día de los menores, y la experiencia
personal durante cinco años en este tipo de barrios, en concreto el barrio de Pajarillos en
Valladolid de la autora, se considera que no existe ninguna actividad ofertada con las
mismas características, sobretodo que incluya la educación en el ámbito familiar, vital en
este tipo de programas. Se abordará mediante actividades de inteligencia emocional, rutas
en bicicleta, charlas de discusión, y juegos tradicionales, con una duración de ocho meses.

The present Final Degree Work, considers the possibility of carrying out an intervention,
in the group of minors at risk of exclusion, who live in marginal neighborhoods and their
families, that involves a growth in the management of their emotions, through the
promotion of healthy life habits, the treatment with animals, and the education of their
families.
After a documentary review of the aspects that are considered in this work, a survey of
the members most involved in the day to day life of the minors, and the personal
experience of the author during five years in this type of neighborhoods, specifically the
neighborhood of Pajarillos in Valladolid, it is considered that there is not any other
activity offered with the same characteristics, especially that includes education in the
family area, vital in this type of programs. It will be considered through emotional
intelligence activities, bicycle routes, discussion talks, and traditional games, with a
duration of eight months.
