El siguiente Trabajo Fin de Grado presenta una intervención basada en un aprendizajeservicio que pretende lograr una mediación entre la familia de origen y la familia de
acogida para favorecer una buena comunicación entre ambas, con el objetivo de lograr el
bienestar del niño, niña y adolescente (NNA) a través de la comunicación y participación
efectiva, la comprensión mutua, el apoyo emocional y el intercambio de experiencias.
Tras haber realizado esta mediación ambas familias serán los mentores de otras personas
que quieran participar en el proyecto, convirtiendo su aprendizaje en un servicio a la
comunidad.
The following thesis presents an intervention based on service-learning aimed at
mediating between the biological family and the foster family to foster effective
communication between both, with the objective of achieving the well-being of the child
or adolescent through effective communication and participation, mutual understanding,
emotional support, and exchange of experiences.
After conducting this mediation, both families will serve as guides for other individuals
wishing to participate in the project, turning their learning into a service to the
community.
