Facultad de Educación y Trabajo Social La integración de las familias inmigrantes en el ámbito educativo en zonas rurales es un tema actual de gran preocupación de temática social, ya que en las zonas rurales la población ha crecido gracias a la llegada de familias inmigrantes, por lo que existe la necesidad de ayudar a integrarles. La integración a nivel educativo es de gran importancia dado que hay menores a los que debemos proteger y asegurar un futuro. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la integración en el ámbito educativo de las familias inmigrantes que residen en la localidad de San Rafael y cuyos hijos/as están actualmente matriculados en Educación Infantil y Educación Primaria en el Colegio Público de San Rafael y diseñar una propuesta de intervención para ayudar a mejorar dicha integración. La metodología utilizada ha sido una investigación cualitativa realizada a través de la técnica de la entrevista. En concreto se han realizado 9 entrevistas a diferentes personas y se ha concluido que aún sintiéndose muchas familias integradas, aún es necesario un trabajo interdisciplinar y coordinado entre diferentes profesionales para lograr su plena integración y participación en el ámbito educativo. The integration of immigrant families in rural areas is a current issue of great social concern, since in rural areas the population has grown thanks to the arrival of immigrant families, so there is a need to help integrate them. Integration at the educational level is of great importance given that there are minors that we must protect and ensure a future. The aim of this work is to analyze the integration in the educational environment of immigrant families residing in the town of San Rafael and whose children are currently enrolled in kindergarten and primary education at the San Rafael Public School and to design an intervention proposal to help improve such integration. The methodology used was a qualitative research carried out through the interview technique.
