Este TFG está enfocado a explorar el poder terapéutico de las narrativas personales y cómo
éstas pueden influir en el proceso de rehabilitación de personas que han estado en prisión. A
través de una revisión bibliográfica y la entrevista con un profesional del sector penitenciario,
pretende indagar acerca de la importancia que adquiere este enfoque en el sistema
penitenciario, así como dar un contexto y definir los conceptos que nos ocupan. Se van a
describir y analizar las teorías, enfoques y antecedentes de la utilización de las narrativas de
resiliencia, tanto en el ámbito del trabajo social penitenciario como en otros muchos
relacionados. Estudiaremos cómo y con qué herramienta el trabajador social puede ser parte
de la intervención y qué sentido puede darle a esta. Se pretende exponer las ventajas y
limitaciones de esta herramienta y el desarrollo del proceso de reinserción a través de dicho
enfoque. A través de entrevistas con algunos reclusos, se va a analizar cuáles son los factores
que cobran más importancia a la hora de llevar a cabo este proceso y qué otros aspectos son
relevantes a tener en cuenta en la intervención.
This TFG is focused on exploring the therapeutic power of personal narratives and how they
can influence the rehabilitation process of people who have been in prison. Through a
literature review and an interview with a professional in the penitentiary sector, it aims to
investigate the importance of this approach in the penitentiary system, as well as to provide a
context and define the concepts we are concerned with. We will describe and analyse the
theories, approaches and background of the use of resilience narratives, both in the field of
prison social work and in many other related fields. We will study how and with which tool the
social worker can be part of the intervention and what sense he/she can give to it. The aim is
to expose the advantages and limitations of this tool and the development of the reintegration
process through this approach. Through interviews with some inmates, we will analyse which
are the most important factors when carrying out this process and which other aspects are
relevant to take into account in the intervention.
