Los conflictos en el aula de educación infantil tienen presencia desde su entrada con tres años
a su graduación con seis. Debemos saber gestionar y resolver estos conflictos para que no
deriven en problemas mayores, para ello es importante saber que técnicas y recursos tenemos
a mano. En este documento encontramos un camino que comienza por la importancia de la
educación en gestión de conflictos y continúa por las tres técnicas que veremos en
profundidad; la mediación, la educación emocional y la negociación. Acabamos el trabajo
con un taller docente teórico-práctico que pretende acercar estás técnicas a los profesores de
educación infantil.
Conflicts in the infant education classroom are present from the age of three until they
graduate at the age of six. We must know how to manage and resolve these conflicts so that
they do not lead to bigger problems, so it's important to know what techniques and resources
we have in hand. In this document we find a path that begins with the importance of
education in conflict management and continues with the three techniques that we will see in
depth: mediation, emotional education and negotiation. We end the work with a
theoretical-practical teaching workshop that aims to bring these techniques closer to early
childhood education teachers.
