El derecho de todo niño a un nivel de vida adecuado para su desarrollo integral engloba la necesidad
de una educación que vele por su desarrollo. Los niños del Sistema de Protección Infantil son los
grandes olvidados del sistema educativo, por ello, mediante el trabajo que se presenta a continuación
se busca la sensibilización, concienciación y preparación del profesorado para ver a estos niños como
una oportunidad, no un reto imposible. La violencia, la negligencia y el abandono, desgraciadamente,
son realidades que viven muchos niños que, al llegar a la escuela, se enfrentan a grandes dificultades
consecuencias de las situaciones adversas que han sufrido. Asimismo, a menudo se enfrentan a una
falta de sensibilidad ante su trauma. Este proyecto realiza una investigación exhaustiva acerca de este
colectivo y propone como resultado un banco de recursos formativos y pedagógicos para mejorar la
práctica educativa de los maestros, mediante el incremento de la empatía y la comprensión. Así, dado
que estos niños carecen de figuras de apego, los maestros se pueden convertir en figuras de referencia,
impactando significativamente en su desarrollo emocional y psicológico.
The right of every child to a standard of living adequate for his or her integral development
encompasses the need for an education that ensures his or her development. The children of the
Protection System are the great forgotten ones of the educational system, therefore, through the work
presented below, we seek to raise awareness, raise awareness and prepare teachers to see these
children as an opportunity, not an impossible challenge. Violence, neglect and abandonment,
unfortunately, are realities experienced by many children who, upon arriving at school, face great
difficulties as a result of the adverse situations they have suffered. Likewise, they often face a lack of
sensitivity to their trauma. This project carries out a comprehensive study of this group and proposes
as a result a bank of training and pedagogical resources to improve the educational practice of
teachers, by increasing empathy and understanding. Thus, given that these children lack attachment
figures, teachers can become reference figures, significantly impacting their emotional and
psychological development.
