Los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible en la Educación Primaria: una vida saludable

Este trabajo de fin de grado tiene como objetivo principal abordar en las aulas de Educación
Primaria los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), considerados fundamentales para la
formación integral de los estudiantes y la construcción de un futuro más equitativo y
sostenible. En concreto, se pondrá especial énfasis en el ODS 2 "Hambre Cero", que busca
erradicar el hambre y asegurar el acceso a alimentos nutritivos; el ODS 12 "Producción y
Consumo Responsable", que promueve prácticas sostenibles en la producción y el consumo;
el ODS 15 "Vida de Ecosistemas Terrestres", enfocado en proteger, restaurar y promover el
uso sostenible de los ecosistemas terrestres; el ODS 3 "Salud y Bienestar", que pretende
garantizar una vida sana y promover el bienestar en todas las edades; el ODS 4 "Educación
de Calidad", que busca asegurar una educación inclusiva, equitativa y de calidad; y el ODS
11 "Ciudades y Comunidades Sostenibles", orientado a hacer que las ciudades y los
asentamientos humanos sean inclusivos, seguros y sostenibles. Integrar estos objetivos en el
aula permitirá a los estudiantes no solo adquirir conocimientos académicos, sino también
desarrollar una conciencia crítica y un compromiso activo con los desafíos globales
contemporáneos.
Para ello, el trabajo se basará en una propuesta de intervención educativa en un aula de 4º de
Primaria, desarrollada durante el periodo de prácticas. Esta situación de aprendizaje constará
de ocho sesiones, y cada una de estas se centrará en un aspecto específico de los ODS
seleccionados, utilizando una variedad de metodologías activas y participativas para
involucrar a los estudiantes de manera efectiva. Las actividades incluirán proyectos de
investigación, actividades prácticas, talleres y juegos educativos que promuevan la
comprensión y la importancia de estos objetivos. Además, se buscará fomentar la reflexión
crítica entre los alumnos para que comprueben cómo sus acciones diarias pueden contribuir
al logro de estos objetivos globales, integrando así la teoría con la práctica en su entorno
cotidiano.
The main objective of this final degree project is to address the Sustainable Development
Goals (SDG) in Primary Education classrooms, considered fundamental for the
comprehensive training of students and the construction of a more equitable and sustainable
future. Specifically, special emphasis will be placed on SDG 2 "Zero Hunger", which seeks
to eradicate hunger and ensure access to nutritious food; SDG 12 "Responsible Production
and Consumption", which promotes sustainable practices in production and consumption;
SDG 15 "Life on Terrestrial Ecosystems", focused on protecting, restoring and promoting the
sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems; SDG 3 "Health and Well-Being", which aims to
guarantee healthy lives and promote well-being at all ages; SDG 4 "Quality Education",
which seeks to ensure inclusive, equitable and quality education; and SDG 11 "Sustainable
Cities and Communities", aimed at making cities and human settlements inclusive, safe and
sustainable. Integrating these objectives into the classroom will allow students not only to
acquire academic knowledge, but also to develop critical consciousness and active
engagement with contemporary global challenges.
To do this, the work will be based on a proposal for educational intervention in a 4th grade
classroom, developed during the internship period. This learning situation will consist of
eight sessions, each of which will focus on a specific aspect of the selected SDGs, using a
variety of active and participatory methodologies to engage students effectively. Activities
will include research projects, hands-on activities, workshops and educational games that
promote the understanding and importance of these objectives. In addition, we will seek to
encourage critical reflection among students about how their daily actions can contribute to
the achievement of these global objectives, thus integrating theory with practice in their daily
environment.
