Literatura Hispanoamericana, la eterna olvidada en el aula. Propuesta didáctica desde el best-seller para 4º DE ESO Solana Ferreras, Raquel Fartos Ballesteros, Rosalia Universidad de Valladolid. Facultad de Filosofía y Letras El objetivo de este Trabajo Fin de Máster consiste en introducir la literatura hispanoamericana en el temario de 4º ESO a partir de una perspectiva diferente a la tradicional: desde superventas o best-sellers del boom hispanoamericano. Así, se pretende dejar a un lado, no sin nombrarlo, el canon literario occidental que se lleva proponiendo décadas y buscar otra alternativa que llame la atención en los alumnos para promover un afianzamiento del hábito lector en ellos. El camino a seguir serán tres obras diferentes de las que surgirá una situación de aprendizaje intercalada en el segundo trimestre. Por un lado, no siendo best-seller pero con la importancia suficiente para ser estudiada y leída por ser la madre del realismo mágico, Los recuerdos del porvenir, de Elena Garro. En segundo y tercer lugar, dos superventas, La casa de los espíritus, de la escritora chilena Isabel Allende, y Como agua para chocolate, de la autora mexicana Laura Esquivel. The aim of this Master’s Thesis is to introduce Latin American literature into the 4th year of ESO curriculum from a different perspective than the traditional one: through bestsellers from the Latin American Boom. Thus, the intention is to set aside, without ignoring it, the Western literary canon that has been proposed for decades and to seek and alternative that captures the students’ attention in order to promote the establishment of reading habits among them. The path to follow will involve three different works, from which a learning situation will be integrated into the second trimester. On one hand, not being a bestseller but with enough importance to be studied and read as the mother of magical realism, Los recuerdos del porvenir, by Elena Garro.
