Sin embargo, este avance no ha sido uniforme con respecto a toda la población. La Comunidad Sorda enfrenta desafíos específicos en su inclusión digital y en la manera de acceder a las NTIC. Lo que supone un desafío en cuanto a la accesibilidad y usabilidad de las mismas. New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT) have shaped the way we interact in today's society, providing important opportunities for communication and access to information. However, this progress has not been uniform with respect to the entire population. The Deaf Community faces specific challenges in its digital inclusion and in the way of accessing NICT.
