<dcterms:abstract>Este trabajo analiza las dinámicas de recaída en el cáncer de mama, identificando subgrupos genómicos de expresión estrogénica positiva tardía mediante análisis computacionales avanzados. La metodología propuesta permite diferenciar subpoblaciones tumorales con distintos tiempos de recurrencia, aportando información crítica para la predicción del comportamiento clínico y el desarrollo de terapias personalizadas.</dcterms:abstract>
