Esta imagen se refleja en las oportunidades de empleo junto con las barreras que dificultan su acceso al mismo, atrapándolas en un suelo pegajoso, en mayor parte provocado por la carencia de apoyo social percibido. La situación laboral de la mujer gitana se encuentra en una desigualdad significativa en lo que se refiere a la tasa de paro alcanzando el 60% con respecto a la mujer de población general. Por lo que la investigación tiene como objetivo principal conocer el apoyo sociofamiliar y las barreras que se encuentra la mujer gitana en el acceso al mundo laboral a través de un estudio cualitativo de corte etnográfico, utilizando la entrevista semiestructurada de apoyo social y familiar percibido como instrumento. Las participantes son tres mujeres gitanas, usuarias de Fundación Rondilla y beneficiarias del Proyecto Itinerarios Sociolaborales, el cual tiene como objetivo mejorar la empleabilidad de las personas en riesgo de exclusión social para su integración sociolaboral. Los resultados obtenidos de la investigación ponen de manifiesto la continua discriminación que siguen sufriendo en los diferentes ámbitos y el papel de mujer como ama de casa, permaneciendo bajo la obediencia del hombre en el hogar. The gypsy community is one of the most vulnerable groups in Spain, with 1% residing in Castilla y León in a situation of social exclusion (69.9%), caused by a generalized negative image causing discrimination of this group, especially of gypsy women. This image is reflected in employment opportunities together with the barriers that hinder their access to employment, trapping them on a sticky floor, mostly caused by the lack of perceived social support. The employment situation of Roma women is in a significant inequality in terms of unemployment rate reaching 60% compared to women in the general population. Therefore, the main objective of the research is to know the social and family support and the barriers that gypsy women find in the access to the labor market through a qualitative ethnographic study, using the semi-structured interview of perceived social and family support as an instrument. The participants are three gypsy women, users of Fundación Rondilla and beneficiaries of the Itinerarios Sociolaborales Project, which aims to improve the employability of people at risk of social exclusion for their social and labor integration. The results obtained from the research show the continued discrimination they continue to suffer in different areas and the role of women as housewives, remaining under the obedience of men in the home.
