Facultad de Derecho La incapacidad permanente en España está regulada principalmente por el Texto Refundido de la Ley General de la Seguridad Social (TRLGSS), aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 8/2015, de 30 de octubre. Este régimen legal define la incapacidad permanente como la situación del trabajador que, después de haber estado sometido al tratamiento prescrito, presenta reducciones anatómicas o funcionales graves, susceptibles de determinación objetiva y previsiblemente definitivas, que disminuyen o anulan su capacidad laboral. Permanent disability in Spain is regulated mainly by the Consolidated Text of the General Social Security Law (TRLGSS), approved by Royal Legislative Decree 8/2015, of October 30.
