Facultad de Derecho Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado aborda el acceso a la función pública en España, haciendo especial referencia a los aspectos que integran el concepto estricto de la misma y al que se hace referencia fundamentalmente. El presente estudio examina el propio significado de la función pública, así como la evolución legislativa y los distintos mecanismos y procedimientos establecidos por el marco normativo español para la selección de funcionarios públicos, destacando la importancia de los principios de mérito y capacidad. Y ello se proyecta en la consideración final de algunos requisitos y límites particulares, derivados de la organización territorial del Estado, con respecto a algunos empleos en los Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad del Estado, Autonómicos y Locales. This Final Degree Project deals with the access to the civil service in Spain, making special reference to the aspects that make up the strict concept of the same and to which reference is made fundamentally. This study examines the very meaning of the civil service, as well as the legislative evolution and the different mechanisms and procedures established by the Spanish regulatory framework for the selection of civil servants, highlighting the importance of the principles of merit and ability.
