La trata de seres humanos con fines de explotación sexual es un delito que atenta contra los derechos humanos de las personas, tipificado en el artículo 177 bis del Código Penal Español.
El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar el marco jurídico internacional y nacional del delito, además del perfil de las personas intervinientes en el mismo, así como realizar un acercamiento a las medidas de prevención que se dan en España para combatir la trata y proteger a todas aquellas personas que hayan sido o estén siendo víctimas de este delito.

Trafficking in human beings for the purpose of sexual exploitation is a crime that violates the human rights of individuals, as defined in article 177 bis of the Spanish Penal Code.
The purpose of this work is to analyze the international and national legal framework of this crime, as well as the profile of the individuals involved, and to provide an overview of the preventive measures taken in Spain to combat trafficking and protect all those who have been or are being victims of this crime.
