Facultad de Educación y Trabajo Social Este estudio se centra en explorar y conocer la incidencia y relevancia de los factores del bienestar docente, que previamente se han obtenido por autores relevantes, en una población de profesores/as de Castilla y León que se encuentran en diferentes momentos de su carrera profesional. Para ello llevaremos a cabo una investigación mixta que se estructura en 3 fases: (1) la revisión de documentos para obtener una base sólida teórica, (2) elaboración de un formulario y a partir de los resultados obtenidos, una entrevista para nuestra muestra de profesores/as, y (3) análisis de los resultados obtenidos en ambas fases. Los resultados indican que sí existe una relación directa entre los distintos factores del bienestar docente, ya sea de manera positiva o negativa, y las respuestas de nuestra muestra. Las conclusiones resaltan que el bienestar de los maestros/as y profesores/as no es solo esencial para su salud física y emocional; también juega un papel fundamental en la calidad de educación que proporcionan, debido a que sus acciones repercuten en el rendimiento académico y el desarrollo emocional del alumnado. This study is focused on exploring and knowing the incidence and relevance of the factors of teacher well-being, which have been previously obtained by relevant authors, in a population of teachers from Castilla y León who are in different moments of their professional career. For this purpose, we will carry out a mixed research that is structured in 3 phases: (1) the review of documents to obtain a solid theoretical basis, (2) elaboration of a form and, based on the results obtained, an interview for our sample of teachers, and (3) analysis of the results obtained in both phases. The results indicate that there is a direct relationship between the different factors of teacher well-being, either positively or negatively, and the responses of our sample.
