En los últimos años y especialmente desde el lanzamiento de la herramienta ChatGPT en
2022¹, el término Inteligencia Artificial se ha ido incluyendo en multitud de áreas tanto
de la vida profesional como de la vida cotidiana. La educación, al igual que sucedió con
otras revoluciones tecnológicas, no está exenta de estas transformaciones por lo que es
necesario estudiar las implicaciones reales que tendrán este tipo de herramientas dentro
del entorno educativo.
De este modo, se ha elaborado un trabajo de investigación acerca de cómo utilizan
ChatGPT los alumnos de 4º de ESO dentro del marco de la resolución de dudas y
búsqueda de información, tomando dos clases de un centro educativo y estudiando cómo
se relacionaban con la herramienta. Previamente se llevó a cabo una encuesta dirigida a
tanto a profesores como alumnos de diferentes centros, con el objetivo de intentar
contextualizar los datos obtenidos tras el trabajo de campo.
Una vez realizadas las intervenciones, se llevó a cabo el análisis de resultados y la
extracción de las conclusiones pertinentes acerca de las tendencias existentes en el uso de
ChatGPT y posibles orientaciones de cara a la introducción de la herramienta dentro del
aula.
In recent years, and especially since the launch of the ChatGPT tool in 20221
, the term
Artificial Intelligence has been included in many areas of both professional and day-today life. Education, as with other technological revolutions, is not exempt from these
transformations, so it is necessary to study the real implications that this type of tools will
have within the educational system.
Thus, a research study has been carried out on how ChatGPT is used by 4th year ESO
students within the framework of resolving doubts and searching for information, taking
two classes from an educational centre, and studying how they relate to the tool.
Previously, a survey was carried out aimed at both teachers and students from different
schools, with the aim of trying to contextualise the data obtained after the fieldwork.
Once the interventions had been carried out, the results were analysed, and the relevant
conclusions were drawn about existing trends in the use of ChatGPT and possible
guidelines for the introduction of the tool in the classroom.
