Estudiaremos cuales son estos plazos, si han resultado efectivos para la consecución de los objetivos que se plasmarán a lo largo del trabajo, y cuáles son las principales críticas que han recibido. In this work we´re going to analyze the introduction of a deadline system in the criminal investigation phase through the reforms enacted by Law 41/2015, of october 5, and Law 2/2020, of july 27, and the effects and consequences these deadlines have had on our criminal process.
