Facultad de Ciencias Samaniego Álvaro, Estela 2024 En este trabajo de fin de grado, se expone un análisis sobre la transmitancia espectral de seis lentes oftálmicas blancas en el rango de los 300 hasta los 1100 nm resaltando su comportamiento frente al espectro de luz azul. De esta forma, se ha podido comparar la información que aporta cada fabricante con datos experimentales y estudiar su eficacia en la protección frente a los dispositivos electrónicos actuales. Las medidas se han obtenido utilizando el espectrorradiómetro LI-COR 1800 manejado con el programa informático WIN 1800. Los valores medidos de transmitancia se muestran en distintas gráficas. En la discusión se detallan algunas características de los diferentes productos ofrecidos por las casas comerciales. Tras el análisis, se ha observado que, de forma general estos tratamientos son más eficaces en longitudes de onda más cortas que las emitidas por las pantallas utilizadas en la actualidad. El pico máximo de emisión de estas pantallas se encuentra en el rango de 450-460 nm y los resultados revelan una transmitancia en ese intervalo del 80 a 95%. In this graduate thesis, an analysis of the spectral transmittance of six white ophthalmic lenses in the range of 300 to 1100 nm is presented, highlighting their behavior against the blue light spectrum. In this way, it has been possible to compare the information provided by each manufacturer with experimental data and study its effectiveness in protecting against current electronic devices. The measurements have been obtained using the LI-COR 1800 spectroradiometer managed with the WIN 1800 computer program. The measured transmittance values are shown in different graphs. In the discussion, some characteristics of the different products offered by commercial houses are detailed. After the analysis, it has been observed that, in general, these treatments are more effective at shorter wavelengths than those emitted by the screens currently used.
