Este trabajo aborda el estudio de las viviendas
cooperativas en cesión de uso, un modelo
de vivienda colectiva autogestionado y
antiespeculativo que está emergiendo en
nuestro país como alternativa habitacional a la
compra y el alquiler.
La investigación se centra en la evolución del
modelo en España a través de un mapeo de
proyectos cooperativos y un posterior análisis
de casos de estudio seleccionados. La finalidad
es aclarar cuál es el nivel de desarrollo y qué
características tiene el modelo de cesión de
uso en nuestro país.
En primer lugar se analizarán las cualidades
del fenómeno cohousing identificando sus
principios y los orígenes del movimiento.
Posteriormente, ya en el contexto español,
se expondrán los resultados del mapeo y se
estudiarán en profundidad varios proyectos de
vivienda cooperativa.
A pesar de encontrarse en un estado muy
inicial, existe una gran diversidad de proyectos
que varían en grupo, ideales o configuración
arquitectónica pero que comparten un objetivo
común: construir comunidad
This paper deals with the study of cooperative
housing in assignment of use, a model of
self-managed and anti-speculative collective
housing that is emerging in our country as a
living alternative to buying and renting.
The research focuses on the evolution of
the model in Spain through a mapping of
cooperative projects and a subsequent analysis
of selected study cases. The aim is to clarify the
level of development and the characteristics of
the assignment of use model in our country.
Firstly, the qualities of the cohousing
phenomenon will be analysed, identifying its
principles and the origins of the movement.
Subsequently, in the Spanish context, the
results of the mapping will be presented and
some cooperative housing projects will be
studied in depth.
Despite being in a very early stage, there is a
great diversity of projects that vary in group,
ideals or architectural configuration but
share a common goal: to build community
