El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado ofrece un análisis pionero sobre la fiscalidad del
emprendimiento, enfocado específicamente en las Startups. Comienza con una definición de
lo que constituye una Startup, destacando sus características fundamentales y examinando de
forma detallada el ciclo de vida desde su nacimiento hasta su consolidación.
Se realiza igualmente un análisis de sus modos de financiación, explorando las diversas
fuentes y su participación en las diferentes etapas de las protagonistas del ecosistema
emprendedor.
Como parte central y eje vertebrador del trabajo, se evalúan las medidas fiscales tanto previas
como posteriores a la Ley de Startups proporcionando por primera vez un marco
comparativo relevante para considerar tanto los aspectos positivos como los desafíos que
aún persisten, aportando un conocimiento nuevo y relevante en este ámbito.
Finalmente, aborda recomendaciones para mejorar la fiscalidad del emprendimiento y seguir
impulsando el crecimiento de este sector tan importante de la economía española.
This thesis offers a pioneering analysis of the taxation of entrepreneurship, focusing
specifically on Startups. It begins with a definition of what constitutes a Startup, highlighting
its fundamental characteristics and examining in detail the life cycle from its birth to its
consolidation.
An analysis is also made of their financing methods, exploring the various sources and their
participation in the different stages of the protagonists of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
As a central part and backbone of the work, the fiscal measures both before and after the
Startup Law are evaluated, providing for the first time a relevant comparative framework to
consider both the positive aspects and the challenges that still persist, providing new and
relevant knowledge in this area.
Finally, it addresses recommendations for improving the taxation of entrepreneurship and
further boosting the growth of this important sector of the Spanish economy.
