Todos ellos afectan significativamente a las relaciones laborales entre trabajadores y empresarios. Pues cuando hablamos de derechos laborales, no solo nos referimos a los típicos derechos de libertad sindical o de huelga, sino que también influyen y completan su contenido esencial derechos como la libertad de expresión, la igualdad, la intimidad personal. La finalidad del presente trabajo es entender cómo se protege el contenido esencial de estos derechos laborales en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico y cómo se aplica esa protección en la práctica cuando surge un conflicto entre estos derechos fundamentales. The fundamental rights in the Spanish Constitution are regulated in its Title I, and they are considered inherent, inviolable, and non-renounceable rights. All of them affect labor relations between workers and employers. We are not only talking about typical rights such as freedom of association or strike, but also rights such as freedom of expression, equality, and personal privacy that influence and complement their essential content.
