En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, se pretende analizar la regulación actual de la Patria Potestad, estudiando cuál es el concepto, los derechos y obligaciones de aquellos que la ostentan, así como de las personas sobre las que se ejerce, pasando por los límites establecidos, causas de extinción o privación de ésta, y finalizando con la posibilidad de recuperarla. As we will be able to observe throughout this work, parental authority has undergone important modifications in terms of its regulation, starting from the regulations of Roman law, to the current one.
