Por último, se sugieren ideas que podrían servir como instrumentos para que el derecho al olvido sea efectivo y lo menos peligroso posible. This Final Degree Project tries to give an overview of the right to be forgotten, both its concept and its origin and construction. In addition, it emphasizes the current society and the technological development of recent years, since the most recent innovations have complicated the legal articulation of this right.
