Abordado como un acto inhumano que vulnera los derechos fundamentales de la víctima, se expone de forma amplia la acepción y evolución del papel de la víctima dentro del Derecho humanitario y penal. En este sentido, se realiza un estudio del proceso que se traza en la comisión de este acto delictivo, que va desde la planificación rigurosa de las organizaciones al margen de la ley para la captación y explotación sexual de la víctima, hasta llegar al proceso al cual debe enfrentarse la víctima para la restauración y tutela de sus derechos al margen de los sistemas jurídicos implementados por los Estados Miembros y por la UE. The continuous globalization of social phenomena is carried out within the international legal framework, questioning the regulatory measures that should be used against the crime of trafficking in human beings. Addressed as an inhuman act that violates the fundamental rights of the victim, the meaning and evolution of the role of the victim within humanitarian and criminal law is broadly explained.
