Los procesos de reclutamiento y selección: transformación digital e Inteligencia Artificial

En un contexto donde la gestión del talento es clave para la competitividad
empresarial, este trabajo analiza en profundidad cómo la transformación digital y la
inteligencia artificial están revolucionando los procesos de reclutamiento y selección. A
través de una revisión teórica actualizada y el estudio de la experiencia práctica de la
consultora Talenttium, se exploran tanto las nuevas herramientas y metodologías
digitales como los retos, oportunidades y dilemas éticos que surgen al modernizar la
captación de personal. El análisis revela que, aunque la tecnología aporta agilidad y
nuevas posibilidades, el criterio humano y la personalización siguen siendo esenciales
para garantizar procesos justos, eficaces y adaptados a las necesidades reales de las
organizaciones y los candidatos. Así, este trabajo ofrece una visión integral y aplicada

In a context where talent management is key to business competitiveness, this
paper takes an in-depth look at how digital transformation and artificial intelligence are
revolutionising recruitment and selection processes. Through an updated theoretical
review and the study of the practical experience of the consultancy Talenttium, it explores
both the new digital tools and methodologies and the challenges, opportunities and
ethical dilemmas that arise when modernising recruitment. The analysis reveals that
while technology brings agility and new possibilities, human judgement and
personalisation remain essential to ensure fair, efficient processes that are tailored to the
real needs of organisations and candidates. Thus, this work offers a comprehensive and
applied view of the present and future of recruitment and selection in today's workplace
