Uno de los problemas que hay en la sociedad española actual es el aumento de la
población migrante, entre los que cabe destacar los menores que vienen a España e
intentan integrarse.
Este trabajo se plantea desde una perspectiva de una propuesta de intervención con la cual
se busca la inclusión social de los menores migrantes a través del deporte en equipo y
centrándose en una de las barreras críticas que se encuentran al llegar a un nuevo país, la
barrera lingüística, interrelacionando el deporte y la lengua con el objetivo de crear un
grupo heterogéneo en el que todos los participantes tengan un sentimiento de pertenencia
y sean capaces de desarrollarse tanto dentro como fuera del ámbito deportivo
aportándoles ciertas claves que les ayuden o faciliten en la consecución de los objetivos
propuestos.
El trabajo sigue una estructura lineal, en la que se presenta un primer pilar que es la
fundamentación normativa, teórica y metodológica con la que se pretende establecer las
bases que sustentan la propuesta de intervención mediante una recopilación de
información compuesta por: los derechos que sostienen legalmente que se lleve a cabo la
propuesta, la información teórica que defiende los beneficios de la propuesta y las bases
metodológicas que son necesarias para que la propuesta sea efectiva. El segundo pilar es
la propuesta de intervención, compuesta por nueve actividades y que está elaborada a
partir de las anteriores fundamentaciones. El tercer pilar, a modo de conclusiones, habla
sobre los puntos clave del trabajo y los objetivos que se han alcanzado con él, además de
presentar nuevas líneas de trabajo a raíz de esta propuesta de intervención.
One of the problems in current Spanish society is the increase in migrant population,
among whom the situation of minors who come to Spain and try to integrate deserves
closer attention.
This work is approached from the perspective of an intervention proposal which seeks
the social inclusion of migrant minors through team sports, focusing on one of the critical
barriers they encounter upon arriving in a new country -the linguistic barrier. The project
presented here interrelates sport and communication in Spanish with the aim of creating
a heterogeneous group in which all participants have a feeling of belonging and are able
to develop both within and outside the sports environment by providing them with tips
that will help them in the achievement of the proposed objectives.
The work follows a linear structure, in which the first pillar is the normative, theoretical
and methodological foundations, with which it is intended to establish the bases that
support the intervention proposal through a compilation of information composed of the
rights that legally support the proposal, the theoretical information that defends the
benefits of the proposal and the methodological bases that are necessary for the proposal
to be effective. The second pillar is the intervention proposal -composed of nine activities,
which is based on the previous foundations. The third pillar, by way of conclusions, talks
about the key points of the work and the objectives that have been achieved with it, in
addition to presenting new lines of work as a result of this intervention proposal.
