Programa de inserción sociolaboral con mujeres del barrio Pajarillos Bajos

En el presente trabajo, se realizará una breve investigación sobre la estructura
sociodemográfica de los residentes del Barrio Pajarillos, centrándose especialmente en
las mujeres.
Posteriormente se llevará a cabo una propuesta de inserción sociolaboral para las
mujeres del barrio, promoviendo el empoderamiento y la autonomía personal de ellas.
En esta propuesta de intervención se desarrollarán algunas de las necesidades
observadas como más importantes en el análisis del barrio, como son: la precariedad
laboral, el desempleo o el bajo nivel formativo de las mujeres en el barrio de Pajarillos
Bajos de Valladolid.
Dicha propuesta de intervención estará dividida en diferentes partes, y en cada
una de ellas se trabajará un área concreta relacionada con la inserción sociolaboral. Con
ello se busca trabajar todas las necesidades de las destinatarias con la búsqueda y
obtención de un empleo, con el fin de incorporar a las destinatarias al mundo laboral.
In the present work, an exhaustive investigation will be carried out on the
composition of the residents of the Pajarillos neighborhood, focusing especially on
women.
Subsequently, a proposal for socio-labour insertion will be carried out that eill
seek to distinguish itself, I feel like the self-taught woman. For this, it will seek to solve
the needs of job insecurity, unemployment and low training levels of women in the
Pajarillos Bajos neigborhood located in Valladolid.
Said intervention proposal will be divided into different parts, and in each of them
a specific área related to social and labor insertion will be worked on. This seeks to work
on all the needs pf the recipients related to finding and obtaining a job, in order to
incorporate the recipientes into the world of work.
