Escuela de Ingenierías Industriales El reciente auge de una universidad privada ubicada en la ciudad de Segovia está provocando un incremento notable en la demanda de alojamiento para estudiantes. En este marco se plantea, como principal motivación de este TFG, un caso práctico en el que se asume que el estudiante forma parte de una empresa de consultoría inmobiliaria y es el responsable designado para elaborar un Plan de Proyecto para el desarrollo de una nueva residencia estudiantil, a partir de la rehabilitación de un inmueble ya existente. Este plan de proyecto ha sido elaborado aplicando las directrices del PMBoK 6, el estándar en dirección de Proyectos del Proyect Management Institute (PMI). The recent boom of the private university located in Segovia is causing a notable increase in the demand for student housing. The main motivation of this TFG is a case which the student is part of a Real Estate consulting firm and is the person in charge of elaborating a Project Plan for the development and management of a new student residence, based on the rehabilitation of an existing building.
