públicas y/o privadas, han de contemplar en su actuación. Para dar respuesta a esta
necesidad, se generan programas y recursos sociales, con la finalidad de realizar un
abordaje integral a las problemáticas familiares, derivadas de rupturas conyugales
conflictivas.
El objetivo general de este documento es analizar los recursos existentes en la
sociedad, para garantizar los derechos de los menores implicados. Así como abordar
las necesidades detectadas en los servicios que actualmente presta la Asociación para
la Protección del Menor en los Procesos de Separación y/o divorcio de sus
Progenitores a través de los Puntos de Encuentro Familiar.
Las necesidades detectadas giran en torno a la falta de recursos y habilidades
parentales, que presentan los progenitores y/o los familiares de los menores, usuarios
de los PEF.
Para ello, hemos diseñado una propuesta de intervención familiar psicosocial.
Encaminada a facilitar la correcta independencia y autonomía de las madres y padres
usuarios de los Puntos de Encuentro Familiar, quienes por su trayectoria y las
características de su situación actual, se haya valorado la idoneidad de dejar de ser
usuarios de los PEF.
The protection of the minor is an essential measure that society and institutions,
public and / or private, must consider in their actions. To respond to this need,
social programs and resources are generated in order to carry out a
comprehensive approach to family problems, derived from conflictive marital
ruptures.
The general objective of this document is to analyze the existing resources in
society, to guarantee the rights of the minors involved. As well as addressing the
needs detected in the services currently provided by the Association for the
Protection of Minors in the Processes of Separation and / or divorce of their
Parents through the Family Meeting Points.
The needs detected revolve around the lack of parental resources and skills,
presented by the parents and / or relatives of the minors, users of the PEF.
To do this, we have designed a psychosocial family intervention proposal. Aimed at
facilitating the correct independence and autonomy of the mothers and fathers
who are users of the Family Meeting Points, who, due to their trajectory and the
characteristics of their current situation, have assessed the suitability of ceasing to
be users of the PEF.
