<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="es">En este trabajo se pretende conocer la opinión de los profesionales que trabajan en el&#xd;
Colegio de Educación Infantil y Primaria (CEIP) Cristóbal Colón, en el barrio Pajarillos de&#xd;
Valladolid, sobre las conductas del alumnado gitano, así como los factores de riesgo que&#xd;
influyen para no alcanzar el éxito escolar. Se trata de comprender las conductas disruptivas&#xd;
que se dan frecuentemente, las causas que las derivan y qué contribuye a tenerlas, para poder&#xd;
buscar soluciones desde la Educación Social, con el fin de mejorar la convivencia.&#xd;
La micro investigación se ha llevado a cabo pasando un cuestionario al profesorado&#xd;
del Centro y realizando una entrevista a la educadora social del Proyecto Pajarillos. Los&#xd;
resultados obtenidos nos indican, que las conductas disruptivas que más preocupan a los&#xd;
profesionales son los comportamientos que interrumpen la actividad docente, seguidas de la&#xd;
falta de respeto, y que la solución propuesta pasaría por la necesaria coordinación entre el&#xd;
Colegio y la familia.</dim:field>
<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="es">This work aims to find out the opinion of the professionals working at the Cristóbal&#xd;
Colón Infant and Primary School (CEIP) in the Pajarillos district of Valladolid on the&#xd;
behaviour of Romany pupils, as well as the risk factors that influence their failure to succeed&#xd;
at school. It is a question of understanding the disruptive behaviours that frequently occur, the&#xd;
causes that lead to them and what contributes to having them, in order to be able to look for&#xd;
solutions from Social Education, with the aim of improving coexistence.&#xd;
The micro investigation has been carried out by passing a questionnaire to the&#xd;
teaching staff of the Centre and carrying out an interview with the social educator of the&#xd;
Pajarillos Project. The results obtained indicate that the disruptive behaviours that most&#xd;
concern the professionals are those that interrupt the teaching activity, followed by disrespect,&#xd;
and that the proposed solution would involve the necessary coordination between the school&#xd;
and the family.</dim:field>
