AB In this article, the main works on the Romanization of Asturias during the dictatorship of Francisco Franco regime are reviewed, starting point of the modern researches about this topic. These studies have been published in the decades of the 40’s, 50’s and 60's in the 20th Century. They present certain common features, as well as being highly influenced by the same historic context and by the legal institutions in which they take place. Its frequent consult in the subsequent scientific works make this review necessary to increase and better Its knowledge.
