It will work on cars that appearin an image, wich is taken by a camera when detects the vehicle, so it works inreal time.It will consist on three blocks: location of the license plate, process it and therecognition of the characters. This algorithm is designed to obtain satisfactoryresults regardless of the size and the rotation that may have the license plate.For the development it has been used the open source library OpenCV, wichis based on the programming language C++. OpenCV library is designed forimage processing through artificial vision.
