This article points out the Police Lode made on June the 28th, 1810 as soon as it explains two prototypes of the destruction of the Spanish macroeconomic gear and the causes of the breaking of its incipient industrial and commercial bank system through the petitions of payment moratoriums to the creditors, carried out by the Brokers on September the 18th, 1810 and the Diputacion de Los Cinco Gremios Mayores de Madrid on April the 13th and July the 24th, 1812, where there are included investor lists, capitals and interests of these corporation on May the 29th, 1811. On the other hand we will examine an attempt of safeguarding the local economy: the report about the physical, politic-moral, and economic state of the Soria's Province of July 1st, 1811 which give us the opportunity of inquiring into the causes of the fall of the wood business in the Napoleonic economic policy and the war contributions.
