AB This writing studies the International Conventions, Declarations and Treatiesconcerning the children’s situation in broken mixed marriages’ cases. It dealswith the troubles that this break creates and with the solutions that those internationaltools facilitate. But the most important part of this work is dedicated tothe study and analysis of the applying regulation to these cases when happenedwithin the European Union territory: the Regulation number 2201/2003, alsoknown as Regulation Brussels II bis.
