T1 Variables a considerar en el abordaje de talento deportivo

AB Any negotiation involves dealing with people, processes and problems. To talk about sport talent, high level and performance requires the consideration of different dimensions that influence people and institutions involved: sportsmen and sportswomen, coaches, sports clubs, sports federations, public administration agencies and enterprises. The aim of this paper is to analyze the variables to keep in mind when dealing with the concept of sport talent and with the parties involved in its negotiation. This is intended to emphasize the complexity of the approach, due not only to the difficulty of the concept itself, but also to the interests of the competing parties.
