To do so, the categories of body and subject are considered, together with some of Foucault's concepts used in The hermeneutics of the subject. Along those same lines, an approach to think about Physical Education in a not traditional way is presented in order to expand the horizons of comprehension of the discipline and make possible the emergence of new perspectives within Physical Education.
