The study sought to test students’ satisfaction, their learning of the technique and their performance. The teaching unit intervention consisted of 6 sessions with 24 high school students, 11 male and 13 female. Following a quasi-experimental intervention, a pretest and postest previously validated were used to assess the satisfaction-boredom (8 items), and a protocol for performance measurement (12 premises) and the height (all sessions were videotaped and analysed afterwards). The results indicated significant differences: increase of students satisfaction t (,0039) <0,05 (M= 3,37 to 3,76), decrease of students boredom t (,0010) <0,05 (M= 2,6 to 2,03), and improvement of technical execution (3,8 to 7,4 was achieved in 12 items available. p<0,05). The conclusion is that the ludtechnic model is a method that enables the development of a more motivating, satisfying and efficient (improvement of the sport discipline objectives) physical education lessons.
